Greek Yogurt is the perfect ingredient to create amazing dipping sauces. I've been using it as base for man!. This sauce can be used as dip, pasta sauce or to top some of your favorite fish. The options are infinite!
- Full fat Plain Greek Yogurt*
- 1/2 Lemon juice
- 1 minced garlic clove
- Salt & Pepper
- 1/4 Cup of fresh chopped dill
In a bowl or container, mix the yogurt with lemon juice. Add the dill, garlic, salt & pepper. Once you mixed the ingredients, leave it in the fridge for about half an hour.
*Yes, full fat yogurt! Low fat yogurts are full of added sugars and extra sodium. Good fats are better than filling your meals with added sugars.
