Kiwi Chia Pudding

The easiest dessert ever. Do you have a sweethooth? or running late to prepare dinner? or you just simply love to have options in your fridge? whatever is your reason, chia puddings are the best! Chia is rich in fiber, omega-3 fats, protein, vitamins and minerals!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup of almond milk
  • 1/4 cup of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of raw honey
  • OPTIONAL: 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Toppings:

  • 1 Kiwi
  • Almonds
  • 1 teaspoon of raw honey

How to:

Mix the chia seeds, honey, vanilla extract (if adding) and milk on a container. Make sure to mix well the chia seeds with the milk. Leave the mix in the fridge overnight or for at least 3-4 hours. The chia seeds will expand and will give the consistency of pudding. 

Few hours after, or the next morning, chopped your toppings and place on top. Add more honey and done! 

You can prepare couple of them ahead of time and leave them in your fridge for the week, that way you will have your dessert ready to go!
