Avocado Toast and Green Mango Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces of rye toast
  • ½ Avocado
  • 1 tomato
  • Salt & Pepper

Smoothie

  • ½ cup of spinach
  • ½ banana
  • ½ mango
  • ¾ cup of water
  • 5-6 ice cube

How to:

Toast the bread and spread the avocado on each toast. Cut the tomato in slices and place on top of the toast. Add salt and pepper.

Mix the spinach, banana, mango, water and ice cubes on a blender. Blend until smooth and serve.

Feel free to add boil or poached eggs to your toasts.

This recipe serves one.
