Cauliflower and Bluberry Smoothie
Since I tried cauliflower in smoothies I haven't gone back to eating without it. Honestly it's makes it super creamy and you can't even taste it, it's like taste-less extra veggies and well...that's not a bad thing :p
Hope you like it!
- 1/2 Cup of first steam than frozen cauliflower
- 1 cup of bluberries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 2 tbsp of PB
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein (I used Vega)
- 2 tbsp of flax meal
- Cacao nibs, goji berries and shredded coconut (optional)
- 1 cup of water or nut milk
Blend ingredients together in high-powered blender.
