Making Little Healthy Choices Everyday

Life is about little choices that make a difference in the long run and not stressing about a piece of chocolate you had today or if you had a drink while going out the night before.

As my days get busy, I make sure that wherever I go, I pick a healthy snack or meal. It is super tempting, especially when eating out, to choose the unhealthy meal or to overeat. That’s why I like to know where I can find my favorite brands that make it easy to grab something healthy on the go.

Juices and smoothies are great choices for something easy and tasty. You can bring them with you anywhere, or drink them in the morning. I prefer the ones that are natural, and with at least one veggie. Honestly though, sometimes is hard to have everything fresh and find the time to do it at home, so I also find it convenient to grab a big juice for the week or to bring with me during the day.

Here are some tips to always make good healthy choices:

Plan ahead:

If you know you are going to have a busy day, make sure to pack a juice, apple or healthy snacks in your bag. I like to bring with me at least 3 different ones to always have an option. Read Labels:

Only have good options at home: 

I try to have only but good options in my fridge and pantry, because if I don’t have it at home, I will most likely don’t go out and buy anything. So, fill up your pantry with nuts, fruits and keep your fridge with juices or fruit ready for smoothies.
