PB + Banana Protein Cookies
A while back I post it a two ingredient oatmeal cookie recipe, that I am obsessed with. I normally use the same ingredients but for pancakes. Basically instead of baking the mix, I make pancakes on a pan. Super easy! this time I used Naked Nutrion to change things up.
However, today I wanted to try something different and add some protein powder to the mix and see what happened. I choose Naked Nutrition PB powder because it is super yummy and is actually made just from peanuts. Feel free to use any protein powder for yours!
Here is the recipe!
- 2 ripe medium bananas
- 2 cups of oat flour (you can blend rolled oats for a few minutes)
- 1 scoop of PB Naked Nutrition Protein Powder
Pre-heat the oven at 375 F/ 150 C
Smash the bananas in a bowl until smooth, add the protein powder and mix. Once you have a nice mix, add the oat flour and mix.
Lay dow a baking sheet on top of a tray. Drop dough by large tablespoons onto cookie sheet; flatten a bit with a rubber spatula or with your fingers.
Bake for 10 minutes or until cookies are set. Don't worry if they don't look to crispy, once cool down they get crispy.
Remove from oven and let them cool down. You can storage them up to a week or freeze them.
This recipe can make up to 12-14 cookies, depending on size.
Hope you enjoy!
