Piña Colada Smoothie

Piña Colada Smoothie

Ingredients:

Serves 1-2

  • 1 cup of pineapple 

  • 1 Banana

  • 1 cup of coconut milk 

  • 1 scoop of  vanilla protein (optional) 

  • 3-4 ice cubes

Blend all together and enjoy!

Tips: You can use your favorite vanilla protein, or you can just enjoy it without it. I have also used almond milk and it taste as good. You can make more than the recommend it and save it in jars for the rest of the week.
