Happy Hump day! 

Let's face it, today can be the hardest day of the week. Many excuses can make you not go to the gym, or sleep in. 

The workout below, is perfect for a quick warm up but let me warn you it is pretty instead! You won't need any equipment! the tricep dips can be done on the floor!
