White Chocolate Protein Pancakes
Makes 2 pancakes
- P28 Pancake Dry Mix – White Chocolate
- OPTIONAL: 2 tsp. coconut oil
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp. of unsweetened coconut flakes
Heat a pan to medium heat (350F)
Whisk together 2/3-cup P28 High protein pancake mix with ½ cup water (use a bit less of water for thicker style pancakes).
Add 2 teaspoons of coconut oil. If desired.
Using a ¼-measuring cup, scoop the batter onto the hot griddle.
Flip your pancakes once edges begin t appear dry and bottoms are golden browns.
Once done, add your toppings. I added one banana and coconut flakes. You could add any toppings you’ll like! Matt added blueberries and raspberries.
