Acai Smoothie Bowl

Although is the end of March and is supposed to be spring, Boston decided to play winter and is snowing...and well, I don't like it. So I stayed home to work and pretend is summer with this acai smoothie bowl.

Acai berries are super in right now in the wellness world, some of their benefits are boost energy and boost your immune system, and whether that is true or not, they are super yummy! 

I used to get the frozen version of acai pure, but I found it to be super expensive and not super convenient, so now I get the powder version from Ora organics. Super affordable and convenient to have in my kitchen. 

Here the recipe of my favorite smoothie bowl:


  • 2 Frozen bananas
  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of

Top with melted peanut butter and granola!


  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and add toppings.
  2. Easy enough we do not need 2 steps.
