Cauliflower and Bluberry Smoothie

Since I tried cauliflower in smoothies I haven't gone back to eating without it. Honestly it's makes it super creamy and you can't even taste it, it's like taste-less extra veggies and well...that's not a bad thing :p

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 Cup of first steam than frozen cauliflower
  • 1 cup of bluberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp of PB
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein (I used Vega) 
  • 2 tbsp of flax meal 
  • Cacao nibs, goji berries and shredded coconut (optional)
  • 1 cup of water or nut milk 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Blend ingredients together in high-powered blender.
