CHOCOLATE AND PEANUT BUTTER OATMEAL

Hi mamacitas, if you have watched my latest youtube video you have probably noticed my typical oatmeal breakfast. It is super easy and has tons of antioxidant benefits, it is filling and super yummy.

Here's what I typically put in it, enjoy!

vegan, gluten free and chocolate peanut butter oatmeal

CHOCOLATE AND PEANUT BUTTER OATMEAL

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c cooked steel cut oats, or rolled oats
  • 1 tbs of peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp of cacao podwer
  • 1 cup of nut milk 
  • 1 tbsp flax meal

Toppings:

  • Blueberries
  • Almonds 

How to:

  • On a medium size bowl mix the nut milk with the oats, flax meal and cacao powder.
  • Slowly add the nut milk to the mix, and stir until everything is mix. You can leave this overnight, or eat it right away.
  • Add peanut butter, and your toppings.
  • Enjoy!
