Easiest and Tastier Snack - Siracha Chickpeas!
- 2 (15-ounce) cans chickpeas, also known as garbanzo beans, thoroughly drained and rinsed (about 3 cups)
- 1 tablespooon of siracha sause
- 1 tablespoon of cholula sauce (add more or less depending how spicy you like it)
Heat the oven to 400°F and arrange a rack in the middle.
Place the chickpeas in a large bowl and toss with the remaining ingredients until evenly coated. Add a bit of water to the sauce mix if its to thick, will help to spread the sauce in the chickpeas. Spread the chickpeas in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet and bake until crisp, about 30 to 40 minutes.
Done! - I separate them in jars or ziplock bags for my week snacks.
