ULTIMATE LEG BURNER with no-equipment

In the last couple weeks I have been thinking that the only way to make a workout hard is adding weight. So, the other day I did this bodyweight leg workout, because I thought it will be easy, but oh wow, I was so wrong. 

I took the basics of the basics when it comes to leg workouts and decided to try it out. It was a killer! I did it 7 times, just to get a real burn. Now I dare you to do it!
